Description
Saturday 17th January – Saturday 14th February (5 weeks) @11am
60 minutes of group coaching, followed by 30 minutes of technical and tactical drills. Improver/Intermediate Group Coaching is aimed at adults who are able to rally and have some knowledge of the game. Each week we will focus on the technical and technical aspects of all tennis strokes, as well as:
- Spin
- Speed
- Depth
- Height
- Direction
