CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR TERMLY CLASSES

CANCELLING BEFORE A TERM HAS STARTED: If you need to cancel a booking as you can no longer attend a term, you will receive a full refund (less a 5% admin fee) if cancelling at least 5 days before the start of term. If cancelling less than 5 days before the start of term, a refund less the cost of the first lesson (and 5% admin fee) will be processed.

CANCELLING DURING A TERM
If cancelling part way through a term, a refund will be processed for any remaining classes in the term – less a 5% admin fee.

 

HOLIDAY CAMPS

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR CAMPS

• Please note: 24hrs notice is required for all cancellations. For cancellations less than 24hrs before the start of the session, there is no refund.
• Cancel with 3 days notice or less for 50% refund (less 5% admin fee).
• Cancel with more than 3 days notice before the start of the session for a full refund (less 5% admin fee).
