Saturday 8th November – Saturday 13th December (6 weeks) @12pm
30 minutes of technical and tactical drills, followed by 60 minutes of group coaching. Intermediate/Advanced Group Coaching is aimed at adults who have a some technical knowledge of the game and are regular players. Each week we will focus on the technical, technical, physical and mental aspects of tennis, covering all the shots in various tactical situations.
Saturdays 12pm at North Dulwich Tennis Club
