60 minutes of group coaching. Improver/Intermediate Group Coaching is aimed at adults who are able to rally and have some knowledge of the game. Each week we will focus on the technical and technical aspects of all tennis strokes, as well as:
- Spin
- Speed
- Depth
- Height
- Direction
